PAPERWORKS is a new zine

#PAPERWORKS is a new zine collector’s edition by Private Print that includes designs of a zine in a unified A3 format. Every zine will be an original design in collaboration with an artist from Macedonia or abroad, with the goal to be a medium for their promotion and support. Every zine will be numerated, with a limited circulation of 50 copies, and will be published occasionally during the year. Artist’s statement: “This zine is an attempt to deliver a short but well-rounded visual story in a limited space. The theme is summarized in the title Following the Traces according to which are marked and written different, seemingly contrary states of the human with regards to nature and society. So the aim of every page is to be able to stay on its own as a work independent of the others. The challenge consists in the selection of the relations that are presented and examined: following the traces of guilt and innocence, following the traces of societynature, following the traces of old age-experience… All of which in the same time are causes and carriers of some mark, trace, footprint.
